• Inspection of agricultural and food products in general, organic products and organic food, agricultural products, food and spirits with protected designation of origin and geographical indication of specific agricultural products and food - traditional and inspection of wine.

• Inspection of production processes of the above products, and agriculture inspection process in a good farming practices, production processes, control of spirits, the inspection process of the acquisition and production of raw materials, additives, excipients technology commonly used in the preparation and production of food, control of production processes and materials objects coming into contact with agricultural and food products.
